Your leads stay yours
ExpoCopilot is not a lead marketplace. The cards go to your own server, and the whole pipeline runs on hardware you control.

Questions
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Scanning, text recognition and the AI check all run on the phone. Cards queue up and upload by themselves once you have a connection.
Where does the data go?
To your own backend. Each card is posted to your endpoint with its photos, and your server sends the email and WhatsApp message.
Which AI model does it use?
Your choice of small open-weight models: Qwen3 0.6B (345 MB) by default, SmolLM2 360M, or Gemma 4 E2B which also looks at the card photo. All run offline on the phone.
Do I have to use the AI check?
No. It is optional on top of the built-in text recognition, and the app works fine without downloading any model.
